Through progressive roles, Michal has led multiple successful exits and organizational transformations. Michal is a certified CPA in Israel and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Edo holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Bar-Ilan.

James Graham leads the SafeBreach marketing team, responsible for full-spectrum go-to-market strategy and execution in support of the company’s brand, demand, public relations, content, partner marketing, events, and sales enablement functions. Prior to joining SafeBreach, James served in marketing leadership roles in the cybersecurity space, including roles at RiskLens, Verisign, RSA and Mandiant. James is a veteran of the U.S. Army and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from George Mason University. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and four children.

Fallon Martin leads the SafeBreach People Team to support our most valuable assets around the globe, our SafeBreachers. The People team is responsible for end-to-end people experience, including workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and offboarding/alumni relations. She has more than 20 years of experience serving in progressive roles within Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Management. Fallon is a retired Air Force/Air National Guard veteran and Virginia Tech alumnus who resides in Midlothian, Virginia with her husband and two children.

Avi joined SafeBreach in 2021, with almost 30 years as a senior information security leader with multiple companies, including Wells Fargo, E*Trade, and Experian. He has created and implemented security programs with a focus on best practices and control maturity. Avi’s information security career started with his service at the Israeli Defense Forces Unit 8200. His career spans multiple roles and domains across information security, including product research and development, professional services, customer support, consulting, and strategic leadership. Avi holds a dual MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and Columbia University’s Business School. He is CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CIPM, and CIPT certified and holds the Stanford University Strategic Decision and Risk Management program certification.

Koby excels in managing the tactical aspects of day-to-day product development, as well as steering the strategic direction and roadmap of the entire company.

Tomer Bar serves as Vice President of Research for SafeBreach. He brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity research experience, including work in the areas of advanced persistent threat (APT) groups, vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, and forensics. He currently serves on the review board for Black Hat Europe and formerly managed research groups for both large enterprises and government agencies. Bar has discovered multiple vulnerabilities in the Windows operating system, and his contributions have earned him recognition as one of Microsoft’s 2023 Most Valuable Security Researchers, as well as a nomination for Best Privilege Escalation Vulnerability at the 2021 Pwnie Awards. Tomer holds a master’s degree from Bar Ilan University, and his work has been featured in major publications like the Washington Post, Newsweek, BBC, and Wired. He is a frequent public speaker, presenting his research at events worldwide, including DEF CON (28-31), Black Hat USA, Black Hat Asia, ReCon, Sector, CONFidence, Security Fest, Troopers, and more.

With over 15 years of experience in both offensive and defensive security, Tim leads the North American sales team with a mission to help large organizations operationalize breach and attack simulation to improve the ROI of their security tools and reduce the overall risk of their security posture. Prior to SafeBreach, Tim has held both customer-facing and leadership roles at organizations like FireEye, Trustwave, and Precisely. He graduated from Bradley University with a bachelor’s in marketing with a concentration in professional sales. He currently lives in Bethlehem, PA, with his wife and two kids.

Yossi Attas serves as Vice President of Development at SafeBreach. He formerly spent 22 years with Microsoft, where he led R&D teams in the transition of the company’s Enterprise Data Platform to the cloud, as well as the establishment of Azure Monitor AIOps stack. Prior to that, Yossi managed engineering teams in Windows Intune (MDM), Messenger and Internet Security & Acceleration. Yossi holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in computer science from the University of Haifa.

Richard A. Holmes is the Assistant Vice President Information Assurance and serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for Union Pacific Railroad. In his position, Holmes is responsible the Company’s information security and disaster recovery programs.
Holmes began his career with Union Pacific in 1986 as a member of the Corporate Audit Staff where he spent 12 years performing financial, operational, and information systems audits of Union Pacific Corporation’s railroad, trucking, oil and gas, mining, hazardous waste, and logistics companies.
Holmes transferred to Union Pacific Railroad’s Information Technologies in 1999 as the Director of Security. Over the next 10 years he developed the Company’s information assurance, disaster recovery, business resumption and change management programs. During this period he also managed the Company’s client computing systems and data network. While retaining information security responsibilities, Holmes spent five years managing the development and maintenance the Company’s back-office applications. He subsequently spent four years managing the Company’s computing infrastructure. Prior to his current position, he was the CEO of PS Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad that provides commercial software to the transportation industry.
Holmes is the founding chairman of the Railroad Information Security Committee for the Association of American Railroads. In this position, he led industry efforts to: 1) create the Surface Transportation ISAC; 2) perform industry-wide security assessments; and 3) develop the industry’s Risk Analysis and Security Management plan. He was also very active in the establishment of public and private sector initiatives to improve the security of the nation’s critical infrastructure through his involvement with the National Infrastructure Advisory Council and the Partnership for Critical Infrastructure Security.
Holmes has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
