Business Development Representative / BDR / MDR - Marketing

  • Scheduling meetings with potential prospects through calls, emails and LinkedIn connection requests
  • Qualifying marketing leads as sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect needs, provide guidance and information around our products and services with the goal of building a great customer experience
  • Build a sphere of influence within target accounts
  • Hit SLAs on time to first touch for campaign responders
  • Meeting and exceeding call and meetings quota every month
  • Efficiently identify and aggressively pursue target prospects within target accounts
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data to drive decision making
  • Effectively communicate & collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Track lead generation, engagement and performance through
  • Experience with Outreach, Groove or SalesLoft is a plus

Report results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to the Director of Demand Generation


  • Previous experience in a similar B2B marketing/sales role strongly desired
  • Highly competitive, smart, detail-oriented, relentlessly resourceful
  • Strong personal presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, & proficiency in CRM systems
  • Team-oriented but has the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional recent college graduates or minimum 1-year job experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Cyber Security a Plus
