Job Candidate Privacy Policy

This Job Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes what personal data SafeBreach Ltd. and its affiliates (“SafeBreach”), collect and process on job candidates (“Candidates”) with respect to our application and recruitment process, why we collect such personal data and how we use it. It also includes a description of Candidates’ rights regarding such data held with us.

Please read this Notice and make sure that you fully understand and agree with it. If you do not agree to this Notice, please do not provide SafeBreach with your data.

You are not legally required to provide us with any personal data, but without it, we may not be able to process your application.

  1. Collection of Data by SafeBreach
    • Throughout the application and recruitment process, you may provide us (directly or indirectly) with personal data about you, such as:
      • Contact details, such as your address, telephone number, email address and social media activity etc;
      • Identification data, such as your ID and/or passport, photographs, or other similar identifiers, resume/CV, work-related data, etc; we may also collect information about family member, such as your spouse, children relevant contacts and other information such as residency and work permit status, that would allow us to verify your employment eligibility . We may collect this data directly from you, as you provide it voluntarily through your application and candidacy review process, or from other sources such as recruitment agencies, or your references.
      • Evaluation related information, such as candidate evaluation in designated centers, interviews and recommendations from previous employers;
      • Health information as required for us to accommodate work to your needs as well as to comply with government guidelines, such as personal preferences, potential disabilities, or health-related conditions
      • Any communications with SafeBreach in whatever form (including email correspondence, meetings etc. including recordings and other content, such as video and voice recordings of calls and meetings you participated in, transcripts of such recordings);
      • General video footage from SafeBreach’s (or third-party providers on its behalf) CCTV security system;
      • Other information you choose to provide us with, including feedback and survey responses etc.
      • Should we wish to conduct any additional activities that may require the use of your data, we will request your specific consent in advance.
      • We may also require you to submit sensitive data to ensure our compliance with our legal obligations under applicable law. We may also collect sensitive data as part of our background phone reference checks for specific roles as permitted or required by law. To the extent legally required, we will obtain your explicit consent prior to any such collection and use.
      • Your application/submission of personal data, for a certain role with SafeBreach, will be deemed as your consent to the processing of your personal data for all purposes detailed in this Notice. If you wish to revoke such consent, you may do so at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

  2. SafeBreach’s Use of Collected Data
    • We will use and process your personal data as part of the employment application process at SafeBreach for the following purposes:
      • To evaluate your suitability for a role at SafeBreach, and to assess your skills, qualifications and overall to verify, consider process your application and to communicate with you regarding such process;
      • To contact you about other suitable roles in the future;
      • To maintain our internal records of recruitment and employment applications;
      • To comply with applicable legislation;
      • To manage risk and enhance our security and anti-fraud measures and to create aggregated statistical or inferred data regarding our Candidates;
      • To further develop and improve our recruitment process;
      • To protect the rights and interests of SafeBreach (including to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements).
  3. Sharing Data
    • We may disclose or otherwise allow access to any Candidates’ personal data as follows:
      • engage with third-party service providers and/or sub-contractors which provide services for SafeBreach’s business operations, including any recruitment firms, recruitment platform providers, background check providers, data and cyber security services, web analytics, and our business, legal, compliance, and financial advisors (collectively, “Service Providers“). Such Service Providers may receive or otherwise have limited access to our Candidates’ personal data, depending on each of their particular roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our recruitment process, and may only use it for such purposes.
      • comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process;
      • comply with applicable law, enforce or apply SafeBreach’s terms, or protect the rights, property, or security of SafeBreach, employees, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction and any activity that SafeBreach believes may be illegal or may expose SafeBreach to legal liability;
      • disclose and/or transfer data internally within our family of companies, for the purposes described above or to another entity if SafeBreach is acquired by or merged with another entity, if SafeBreach sells or transfer a business unit or assets to another entity, as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, or as part of any other similar business transfer. Personal data collected hereunder may also be disclosed in connection with a commercial transaction where SafeBreach or any of its businesses are seeking financing, investment, and support or funding.
  4. Data Storage
    • Your personal data will be maintained, processed, and stored by SafeBreach and our Service Providers (as defined in Section ‎3 below) in Israel, in the applied position’s location(s), and other jurisdictions, as necessary for the proper handling of your candidacy.
  5. Data Retention
    • We may retain Candidates’ data even after the applied position has been filled or closed. This is done For purposes described under Section ‎2 of this Notice (such as reconsidering a Candidate for other positions and opportunities at SafeBreach or where Candidate is hired, for additional employment purposes related to their work); and as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements or otherwise protect our legitimate interests.
  6. Security
    • SafeBreach has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information it collects from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and any other form of unauthorized processing. However, Candidate should be aware, that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.
  7. Cookies
    • SafeBreach uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies, such as cookies, including those placed by the Service Providers. These technologies are used to maintain, provide, and improve our services offered on the website and to provide the Candidates a better experience.   8. Data Subject Rights
    • Certain personal data processed by us is stored in database at the Israeli Registrar of Databases. Candidates are entitled to review the personal data held in SafeBreach’s database about them, and if Candidates find that such personal data is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up-to-date Candidates may contact us and request that the personal data be amended or deleted by sending an email to [email protected].
    • If you wish to exercise your privacy rights under any other applicable law that applies to you – you may do so by contacting us via the above-mentioned email address, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.
    • Please note that we may require additional information, including certain personal data, to authenticate and process your request, and we may retain such data for legal purposes.
  9. Changes to the Notice
    • We may update this Notice to reflect changes in our privacy practices. If we do so, we will update this page prior to the change becoming effective.
