Description

The Technical Support Student in SafeBreach will be responsible for managing all open tickets till resolution and for the overall communication with the field. This role will be the first in the company and will be a part of the Customer Success team.

Our ideal candidate is an organized & dynamic individual who is comfortable with both technical and customer facing challenges. You will collaborate with other teams ( R&D, Product, Delivery) to impact and reflect priorities across the entire organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the support process and resolve issues that affect customers
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure support cases are resolved on time, and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Work closely with the R&D, product and Q&A teams
  • Hands-on technical support, in depth acquaintance with our platform
  • Communicate support details and schedules to key stakeholders as required
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the support process
  • Maintain a support repository and manage key information - knowledge management tracking
  • Lead without authority and push tasks forward to the completion

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of tier 3-4 experience with Security products - a must!
  • Experience writing scripts/ workarounds and in source code management methodologies and tools (e.g. GIT, Jira) - a must
  • Fluent English, flexible hours to support Enterprise Customers in different timezones
  • Experience in project management - an advantage
  • Ability to lead cross departments processes, ability to lead the implementation of new processes
  • Strong Linux, shell scripting skills - an advantage
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure systems - an advantage
  • Bachelor or engineering student in computer science or engineering management
