Technical Support Student

The Technical Support Student in SafeBreach will be responsible for managing all open tickets till resolution and for the overall communication with the field. This role will be the first in the company and will be a part of the Customer Success team.
Our ideal candidate is an organized & dynamic individual who is comfortable with both technical and customer facing challenges. You will collaborate with other teams ( R&D, Product, Delivery) to impact and reflect priorities across the entire organization.
