As Safebreach Senior Channel & Field Marketing Manager you will develop marketing strategies, create marketing programs, coordinate campaigns with our channel partners. . You will also work closely with our sales team to spearhead field marketing initiatives in the sales territories, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects. 

You will be responsible for the demand generation plan for the channel and reaching our pipeline goals, through field marketing events, sales collateral, account-based efforts, prospect targeting, and more. 

You have a successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with channel partners and sales and helping them hit their quotas through custom and personalized field marketing strategies and tactics. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by brilliant and like-minded people. You are passionate to learn more and desire to succeed, strong attention to details, self-motivation with a winning attitude and excellent execution skills. 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning of Partner programs - in person and virtual at both national and regional level
  • Provide planning of Co-branded sales tools and campaign kits (e.g., webinar in a box)
  • Review and provide feedback on channel partner marketing plans – and assist partners in executing plans
  • Provide planning and program management support for local / regional marketing programs
  • Plan and manage tradeshows, workshops, regional webinars, email, and other digital marketing programs
  • Develop and manage website and sales tool translations to support regional markets
  • Develop and produce regular reports on campaign results
  • Ongoing management of the partner portal including updating content, rolling out new functionality (e.g., co-branding, social sharing), and driving partner usage and engagement

Requirements:

  • 5 + years B2B tech Field/channel marketing management experience - cybersecurity and / or enterprise SaaS is a plus
  • Hands-on experience managing Marketo 
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce 
  • Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events / workshops
  • Experience setting up and managing email marketing and social media campaigns
  • Experience building marketing plans with channel partners
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy, ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving issues
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Self-motivation with a winning attitude, extremely adaptive, take pride in supporting and exceeding sales goals
  • Passion to continuously monitor success of channel marketing initiatives, proactively engage with partners, and implement new ideas to improve performance
  • Ability to travel when/if necessary 
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
