As SafeBreach EMEA Sales Director you will be responsible for leading all sales activities, target the senior level decision makers in Fortune 1000 companies and develop marketing strategies, create marketing programs and coordinate campaigns with our channel partners. You will also work closely with our sales team to spearhead field marketing initiatives in the EMEA sales territories, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects. 

You will be responsible for developing a multiple territory plan, pursuing/closing new business, building/managing the sales pipeline, leveraging channel relationships, and exceeding set goals.

This is an Individual Contributor role to start and could grow into leadership and will report to the CRO.

Successful candidates will be preferably located in London, UK or Amsterdam, Netherlands and have experience selling enterprise products in EMEA, preferably within the enterprise security market. We are looking for individuals that have an analytical mindset, motivated self-starters, fanatical about solving customer problems and are comfortable being a part of a start-up technology company.

Experience selling next-generation security technologies In EMEA is a plus.

Requirements


 Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic relationships with decision makers, executives, and influencers to close new business
  • Execute the Company’s sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory by identifying business opportunities through territory management, target account prospecting, and profiling
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand SafeBreach customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Map solutions to help customers meet their business objectives, utilizing the region’s solutions Engineers as needed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • History managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Track record of exceeding quota while managing multiple sales cycles in parallel
  • Must have a customer-first attitude, always demonstrating a high level of professionalism and business acumen
  • A demonstrated ability to adapt to change quickly
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative remote team environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
