SafeBreach is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv!
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you’ll be a key contributor in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance, driving efficient accounting operations, and supporting strategic financial processes.
This role goes beyond typical bookkeeping, offering the opportunity to work directly with external auditors, streamline accounts payable and receivable workflows, and contribute to projects that shape the financial operations. Your day-to-day will include managing close processes, preparing tax-compliant reports, conducting thorough GL reconciliations, and ensuring alignment with Israeli tax regulations.
With your extensive experience and expertise in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite, you’ll add value through precise, detail-oriented work. You’ll play an essential role in supporting cross-functional teams and enhancing financial operations in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-tech environment. Fluency in both Hebrew and English is essential as you engage with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong communication and adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

🎯 The Impact You Will Have
- Manage bookkeeping activities to ensure proper alignment with accounting standards and business goals
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare tax reports that are compliant with Israeli tax regulations
- Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during annual audits and tax audits as needed
- Prepare and review GL reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Review expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies
- Support the Accounts Payable process including managing payments to suppliers and maintaining efficient workflows
- Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable and collection processes
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes
- Support accounting and finance-related projects

Requirements
🫵 Who YOU Are
- 5+ years of bookeepping experience
- Level 2 Bookkeeping diploma – must
- Prior experience in Hi-Tech industry is a significant advantage
- High level of expertise in Excel
- Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate, with great attention to detail and analytical skills
- Software experience with ERP, preferably Netsuite
- Ability to work independently on managing projects and meeting deadlines while collaborating effectively with team members
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in both English and Hebrew
