Cybersecurity is often defined by defensive actions, but a recent shift is prompting organizations to reapproach their cyber strategy with a more proactive mindset. A rise in newsworthy security incidents—including those resulting from unprecedented geopolitical events—has increased the pressure on security leaders to enable business growth, while enhancing resiliency, optimizing protection, and more effectively managing risk.
A shift to the offensive line can help security leaders achieve this, and there are a variety of tools, approaches, and frameworks to help—from breach and attack simulation and red teaming, to Zero Trust and MITRE ATT&CK. But it can be difficult to navigate how these things work together, how they work within your existing technology stack, and how you can leverage them to see real progress in validating your defenses, simplifying risk and posture management, and ultimately preventing business disruption from cyber events.
Get a Head Start with the Validate Summit
The SafeBreach Validate Summit on April 28th at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, will bring together a powerful ecosystem of industry experts—all in one place—to provide the insight you need to shift your security strategy from defense to offense. We’ll discuss the tools, techniques, and foundational principles that can help you build and optimize a proactive security organization, with actionable insights you can begin implementing right away.
And, after two years of virtual events, you’ll have the opportunity to step out from behind the screen to collaborate in person with other security professionals, take part in round table discussions led by industry thought leaders, and network with leading organizations that are actively building proactive security programs.
